New Graal Version a MUST!

I think a new Graal editor needs to be made. One that has support for NPC Server commands, or something you can switch to. And make it have a 'mini' NPC Server or something. So you can test stuff OFFLINE but have it like it's really online...
The computer I do 99% of my coding on is in my room. It is not connected to the internet. I rarely get on my parents computers unless I'm on the net. So now that almost EVERY server has an NPC Server (actually it MAY be all right now), I cannot really test my scripts often enough, and it is a hassle. If there was a Graal Level Editor (or just seperate proggy) that would allow me to test as if an NPC Server was present, it would be MUCH better. Or something at least that at the BARE minimum would NOT give errors to NPC Server commands, it would be much better. When you have to delete parts to make sure the debugging is finished, then re-add or make a seperate NPC, it is a hassle and wastes time. What do you guys think? Stefan... hope you read this :P
