Credit Card Frauds

For the peoples that complain about accounts that have been banned because of credit card fraud:

I have banned yesterday group of accounts that were using credit card without the owner permission or the owner of the credit card have asked refund for the transaction.

All the account I have banned yesterday where using the same credit card for upgrading 20 to 50 accounts.

Yesterday I have only managed half of the paper that the bank have send to us, I will manage the other half today.

For peoples that use credit card from friends, do you really think someone will pay for your account for free or because you give some gralats as return ?

The peoples that do that not only stole us but they push us to raise the price of the subscriptions.

Some peoples think they are not stilling because they pay for game subscriptions but what will you say if a company is hiring you for a work and pay you with a fake credit card ? That's the same for us, 5 peoples in the Linux cyberjoueurs company are working full time for you guys.

Hey man my accoutn was hacked banned and now ur saying i Done credit card Fraud im 14 wtf rofl,man my friend did buy me that for my birthday and now its banned i mean WTF!,err ok im done i dont care im just annoyed

Obviously your 'friend' used a fake CC.

Anyone who uses a fake CC to pay for Graal is really sad. =/ Even with the raised price, what Unixmad is asking for is still a rather small price. But it's up to you guys. Is it worth it to use fake CC's, punishing the players who actually paid for their accounts?

Alot of peoples accounts are banned, some for decent reasons (hacking etc.) and some for CC fraud.

Some people know that thier account isnt frauded (sp?), but they still get this notice. Like chicken up there I was like there when his account got upgraded. His friend payed for it, simple as that.

This account once belonged to my friend. But when it runs out, I'd be willing to upgrade it with money out of my own pocket. Or..buy a new one.

its not like graal isnt perfect,Like when Stefan and stuff got in truble with Nintendo cause of dah Old name Zelda online.,heh but my account wasen Fraud or nuffin so yah its kinda unfair and annoying there should be like a Trial or something like that to make it fear and if they beleive you Your account is back and you get refuned the hours that it was banned for if they can keep track of it

it also happens when you use your parents/gardians/close famlys card and they get the bill laybed "Paris Frace Cyberjour" not graal, they say they didnt buy that and cancle it

...yet I know of people that have been banned unjustly. Unixmad, you need to base your banning on fact rather than an educated guess/assumption. =\

That is also true. Also, the ones who did pay fairly for the accounts will be the ones to suffer the ramifications that ensue in the future when the company is damaged, wether the banning is just, or unjust.

I'll probably stop playing Graal soon, unless 2230 or Oasis are very good, and not taken over by Stefan.

I play Graal because it's an ok game, and it's cheap, but I'd rather be paying a little more for Ultima Online now than Graal.

I play Graal because it's an ok game, and it's cheap, but I'd rather be paying a little more for Ultima Online now that Graal. It's a much better game with professional management.

I am mainly a forums junkie. That is what I love about Graal. Though, there are other games that I prefer over this one. This game would also be better with professional management, as you say. I'm around on Graal because I have yet to see Faheria completed.

Lately I've stopped playing Graal and I mainly post on the forums... I'm really waiting in 2230 though, It looks great.

What makes you think he doesn't have facts? He gets a statement saying that a credit card was used unlawfully and he removes the account using that card. Where's the ambiguity?

The first account I used "DragonBladesX" was payed with a legal cc, I got so into the game I wanted to stay longer and so I found a guy (Cymerian) who upgraded (which lasted a long time) and he upgraded my account, it got banned yesterday but luckily I payed with a real cc (from my parents) and it was unbanned (phew). I'm so sorry about getting it upgraded with a fake cc, it was so long ago I didn't know any better back than.

I'm so sorry for what happend. I know I disagreed with you about Godspeed but I didn't mean to contribute to this credit card fraud.

I simply asked Zwr or someone to upgrade my account for graalets. Is there any way I can get my account back? I will pay for it myself this time.

I guess my friend used a stolen credit card, I didn't upgrade it, he offered to upgrade it for me.

But what I dont get is why you HAVE to buy for a 12 month account or else you account is deleted.

They double the price of subscribing, then force you to buy it or else your account will be destroyed.

And why can't you play on free servers still? Accounts get upgraded so they can play on p2p servers.
