Scoper held a few different administrative positions in the past (Events [with dev/rc], House, PRguy) and did quite a bit; he was Housing admin for like 6-7 months.

He can; albeit not very efficiently *wink. He made the bounty system we're using currently.
He's very good at the other development niches; I haven't seen anyone else pull off Animated gun skins yet.

I went about it in a civilzed manner, i applied several times with solid plans. You guys know nothing about professionalism and how to manage a server. I do it for a living. Usually you cannot have a conversation with you rogue without you acting 10 years of age but the moment you come on the forum you talk as if you're abraham lincoln. Cringy to see.

It's also rich coming from a guy who doesn't do NOTHING on era, just afk's on RC everyday and logs on every sunday to watch the gang events. Who are you to come on here and tell me what i am doing wrong.
