I agree here with Sean.

We are seeing a influx of new players with the tab switch and updates, so it's more common for them to be roaming around and not knowingly swipe all your HHW drops.

It is also less common for players to even bother doing dest scrolls... because:
1. Brutals, and all maps are essentially useless at the current time.
2. You already would've spent a portion of those Diamonds or Sapphires to obtain the scroll spawning/purchase plat anyway.
3. If you can already write the scrolls, rubies are useless to you aswell.
Since the drops are random, these points make it not a very profitable endeavor anymore.

And now, the economical currencies are fairly streamlined. With items being valued by tigability... 500 diamonds is tigable. Equivalent to 4GK or 5EC, logically means a single GK or EC would be 125 or 100 diamonds, respectively. This remaining for any duration of time until tigability changes, which is a controlled factor.

Your blog is incredibly outdated. Though I understand that wasn't your point, I don't see how this would increase the desting rate so much higher than currently (flood the.. economy?), as opposed to just making it more secure.

Perhaps if there was simply a way to determine which player killed the final monster in the room, and limited the drops to them for a minute or so, it would achieve a level of security without opening multiple rooms to be spawned at once?
