Graal does not use Torque (I would guess they removed it with V4) nor do I understand why you even brought that up but I guess that's just you adding your "rave" factor to your posts.

Care to elaborate on your PC servers are "test/beta ground for iphone and facebook"?

Trial limitations should be removed along with observer mode and server's made classic-enabled.

They should then put a limit on the amount of staff you can have on your server. I.e:

UC - 6 Staff Members
Hosted - 12 Staff Members
Classic - No Limit

Hosted servers should also be properly game-play tested, nothing too intense but making sure they don't break completely 5 minutes into it. If they were Shaded Legend would still be UC.
