Could probably implement some "Hide hours" option for profiles, yes. The only issue would be having a new global-flag added, but if it's important enough it wouldn't be a problem.
The only question is: do a lot of people really care or is it just one person who needs some help getting people to stop harassing him?
I have to say it's sad that this is even being considered.
