How about making the /toguild messages in yellow or orange or some other color for recruiters and leaders? It can get a little confusing watching it when everyone spams the hell out of it. Also make a little noise when someone /toguilds a message, so it alerts you when there is a new one.

I think the idea of recruiters having a different color is pretty good. However, I imagine if there was a noise people would just spam random messages to annoy people.

Good idea. I actually remember wanting this back when I lead a gang myself. I just changed it so that anyone with the "Leader" right will send guild messages in cyan and everyone else will still be green.

I'm not going to do the sound for obvious reasons...you should be able to see when a new message pops up, it's not necessary for it to make a sound as well.
