Era's is, but it was a pain in the ass to get. Personally, I don't support giving one to N-Pulse. I wouldn't mind if it was for developing
N-Pulse, but the "rebirth" project is not N-Pulse; it's an RPG, and in my opinion from seeing a small bit of it, it was way too different. They're using N-Pulse's name to propel themselves onto the classic tab.
