Looks really plain. You've mapped out space that isn't needed. I would crop the walls on the right so it's rectangular and do something interesting with the level, maybe like a glass screen and a wall? Era is a dangerous city!

Also, the ATM machine could be moved nearer to the vending machines.

Some seating could also go down nicely, since players need to wait. Yes, I know players can't get tired from standing still but it's just to fill the level with relevent objects.

All I have done is take inspiration from the real-world counterpart. Some buildings can be really plain in the real world but just think what they WOULD need
