Ok simplest answer is fairness. How would you like it if you entered a Red Reaper event (They are the prize) and a person who has them already won the event. Wouldn't you be mad..wouldn't you think its unfair?
If you answer no to that your stupid but i know you would answer yes. Thats the whole point of limiting people who already have them. To give others a chance to win the weapon. |
