I agree with you. He probably didnt point that out just for the sake of it...

Seriously, why are some people always ****ing around and say things are stolen? That's just wrong. Don't say it's being stolen until you got a clear proof that shows that it is.

Stealing in general is a tradition common among our species. As we've developed more technology and made mass communication more readily available throughout history, it's only natural that the scope and frequency of theft have increased along with it, along with any respective levels of complaint. What's more interesting to me is how 'issues' with things like this only arise after a comfort level (or point of no return) has been sufficiently crossed and becomes mass-mediated. It's even more strange that issues in general are cherrypicked in trends based on public notariety and centralized around only those issues that obtain a truly negative standpoint. The way people act in general almost always displays the notion of "Do as I say, not as I do." and rarely offers any real solution to the problem.

In any event, I totally agree with what you're saying, regarding legitmate proof before an accusation is made. Similarities are the basis for which questions, improvements, and transcending norms are built from. In reality, they help to add a sense of cohesion to society, where execution is more important than simply the essence of the broader, original picture. Afterall, nobody's going to try to say that after the first RPG was made, any RPG that followed was a rip-off solely on the basis that it's an RPG (because that'd be ridiculous).
