Well not to discuss this further but to be honest theirs not quite more Stefan/Unixmad can do except actually disable accounts and force them to get another like World of Warcraft but then they will just rush onto trials.

IP and PCID should be fairly effective but they are both dynamic things so it wont be 100% every game has issues keeping players banned.
