They're trying to make the forums suitable for all members, not just the majority.
Their methods however are more arguable.

"Graal is a game for all ages" is a better reason. Specifically saying that Graal's playerbase is primarily made up of children is what annoys me.

No, I'm saying if you're over 30, you're more important in Unix's eyes, and have a far greater chance at being a global. I consider forum admin a global position, you govern over everyone, no matter what server they normally play on, but that's not the point.

No, you said over 40. Sam is over forty and he's not a global. I think Ibonic is 28 or something, and he's a global. Bell is the only person who is over 40 and a global. There are lots of people below 25 which are (or have been) globals.

Right. Also, if I'm not mistaken, Bell is the first global to be over 40, and she is the greatest.
