Angry Account Help

I don't know where else to do this, but say your friend's acct, "ACCT" was shared, but only after it had lost its membership. Now this other person, "losr" has upgraded "ACCT" (the person who it was shared with). Who gets the account, and who is wrong. Constructive help only, and no its not my account, and no, my account is not up for sharing.

The person who originally upgraded the account is the account owner.
This should be done through the support center.

People need to some patience, that's all. Using the Support Center instead of posting a thread like this would get him a quicker response, but yes, Darlene is right. Whoever originally created/upgraded the account is the account holder. Although, if the original account creator/upgrader misplaced the transaction ID #, but the other person who he/she was sharing account with has the new ID #, that may cause a problem obviously if the account is being fought over who's it now belongs to.

It's a fair question though. This is why account sharing is illegal in the first place, but that doesn't make for robust rules - In the unlikely event an account is somehow upgraded by the wrong person so to do, said Wrong Person did a lovely job of wasting money on an account they had no legal access to.

I would suggest this "friend" wouldn't get any help other than a ban hammer, he clearly didn't mind bending rules on account sharing when it worked in his advantage.

I would also thank "losr" for donating 38 Euro's towards the charity called Graal Online. Immidiatly followed by a global ban on the account in question...

(and yet I wonder why I never got any costumer service jobs)

5 days isn't a long amount of time. As Devil said before, people do have lives, not always including GraalOnline related things 24/7. If your problem is absolutely serious and needs to be taken care of right away, you can try forum pm'ing Stefan.

Last time I filled out a freaking ticket, i didn't get a reply. THAT was months ago, which lead me to stop playing Era completely. So tickets don't exactly have all my support. (No pun intended)

Please don't comment on things you obviously don't know about Elk.

You don't know how a business is run, let alone that 2 of Graal's top admins have left, and you can't just go randomly pick ANYONE to fill those positions.

yea so over the last couple days ive been trying to get my buddys account fixed . on both occasions the thread was locked before the problem was solved . now everyone keeps saying support center , well heres the problem . the support center is garbage . upon signing up for it he got a bad link in his email , now screwing up his email from further use . now that we have acheaved that the support center is not helping him , coupled by the fact that it takes weeks to get anythign done throu there can we get one single real life person to go fix this . he dont have the email he used to sign up for it . he dont have the reciept from paypal , every time its mentioned on the forums the thread is locked before anything is achieved . the account holder is Christopher Lambert , the account name is CavScout517 . his current email is [email protected] . his aim is CavScout517 . now since its already been said , i dont know like twenty times . the support center does not help ! we need a real person to talk to him and get it fixed . he has already atempted to change the password as said in another post and it didnt work couse he didnt have the email anymore . he cant come to the forums couse the account . he cant get the old account info couse he cant get on the main graal site from above reason's . he cant get on the support center couse of the above reason's . that that weve coverd all the bases i think we need another way to solve this problem . besides the support center incase you missed the other six sentances that mentioned this .

yea i tend to have that effect of people . but aparently he hasnt just tryed to sign up once .

Maybe he is doing something wrong?

It's no point busting peoples balls around here, because there is no one on the forums who can help. And you've been told that multiple times. The only real people who can help now are Stefan and unixmad considering Lyndzey and Ibonic left.

if im busting anyones balls its the person that keeps closeing the thread before anyone can say anything about possable problems like this they had and ways they have solved it becosue i dont see how you qoute "do it wrong" . you give a user name , real name , password and email . and click the link in the email to finish registration . its pretty much idiot proof . but someone may have another sulution or someone who can help might see this and contact him or me . you can tell me six hundred times but unless a solution show's up posting back is useless . at this time they may be no one on who can help but some time throu out the night , or tommorow morning someone who can may show up . so unless you have a solution why post ?

the first few times i tryed to sign up for it i had trouble with it . but the last time i tryed it went throu . i doubt my buddy made a simple mistake like having his internet setting's to block thing's but who know's . it seem's the whole thing need's reavaluated if more then one person is haveing trouble . i mean just a quick look thou thing's to make sure its all working properly . if no problem's can be found in the site itself it must be the people trying to access it . but my knowldge of web design is limited .

Trust is obviously a problem with hiring a person to handle accounts, so you can't just expect Unixmad to make an application for such a position. It'd be nice if someone be promoted to Accounts Admin just like Spark was when he was with GraalOnline Staff. Maybe HoudiniMan? Maybe find out what's the deal with Lyndzey?

The support center isn't crap, at all, but iv'e noticed a few glitches with it like when sometimes creating a ticket, it shows in your accounts Ticket Lists and all, but sometimes the staff won't be able to see it. I've searched SupportTrio forums/FAQ but i personally couldnt find the problem with that.
