So very professional, my my. Lovely example you're setting for GraalOnline staff.
Now then, in response to your 'points.'
lets start at the top, hm?

Okay, let's. Full NC, ah yes. I remember making a point earlier as to why I would do such an atrocious act as this. hmm.. Illegal npcs? yes. Same reason here. Comparing two scripts on two servers to see how close they were. Stolen script come to mind? anyways, they turned out to be very different, so I re-enabled npcrights and went on my way.
on to the next, shall we?

yay, bringing up this issue again. oh, that was a fun one. (sarcasm if you can't tell.)
Planning on deleting playerworld content without permission or valid reason is not allowed. Nor is conspiring to do the same. Furthermore, making it look like you are going to is also illegal. Every try to bring a toy gun to school? You know what would happen: suspension or expulsion, even though it is just a toy. Same applies to GraalOnline. That wasn't the only reason the two staff were removed, however: The second reason was their ongoing corruption and harassment of players, though this was cleverly covered up by the fact that one of the administration made it illegal for anyone except staff to have logs from the server. Rather odd rule if you ask me. No reason for it, either, except to hide something. They aren't damaging in any way, so there should be no logical reason to deny access to them. Clever coverup, though a bit fishy. Anyways, they're still there, thanks to the manager re-adding them, and, though they changed their tune about deleting said server, the corruption has increased if anything. If I were to enforce GraalOnline's rules to the letter, I would be forced to remove them straight away. Why don't I, do you ask? Firing staff is looked down upon from the rest of the GraalOnline global admins and higher staff. Though they made rules against what is going on there, I cannot enforce them without convincing others that it is a good idea and in GraalOnline's best interest to do so. That would be easy enough to do - just have another global inspect the server (not just look at it and pronounce it fine, but actually do a thorough investigation), they'd come up with something remarkably similar to my original findings. And to quote one of ex-Maloria staff "If another global inspected Maloria, it would be doomed."
Now that we're through with that one, lets go onto the next.

hrms, how to answer this one.
Two npcs I added: one rp-weapon that was subsequently abused by the staff and given out freely by said staff. Odd, not sure how that would benefit me when the staff gave said weapon to the party raiding my nation at the time, and kept increasing its stats when they were losing.
Ah yes, the other one. This one really benefitted me (sarcasm). -System/Anti or something. I can't remember the actual name.
Someone released how to use Artmoney to give yourself invincibility on Maloria by changing two vars around (clientr.hp with clientr.mp) - that way, when you were hit, your mp would go down, not your hp. I scripted a system of my own accord that patched this hole, as the server staff were unwilling to do so. Thorougly tested on three accounts (two p2p's and a trial, all belonging to me so as not to ruin anyone else's accounts). It would simply check to see if they were using said 'hack' and if so, double and triple check the account serverside, then jail and reset the player. Not really sure how this one benefitted me.

I think I answered this one already. (See two above if you don't remember)

Makes sense to me, though it took a rather long time for them to be removed, and other staff had to actually do the removing and make sure that they were indeed removed. Also, the manager on UN remarked that this wasn't the first time you had uploaded soemthing that was stolen. Might need to talk to him to determine what the other incidents were, but that isn't of much import right now.

Well, at least you admit it.
Though I'm still uncertain why he would do such a thing when the manager of the server does not want you there, and continually complains about all the trouble caused from your presence and actions there. Also, my comments about UnholyNation Dev still hold true here.
Also curious why Stefan would give the manager the ultimatum that either you remain a developer there, or he replaces said manager with you.

This one doesn't even merit a response.
As for the nubcake thing, hmmm, ever heard of the Fish! principles? Go read the book. Adding fun and humor to the workplace helps the overall atmosphere of the workplace.
The actual reason I changed the server message is what is important here. Three of the staff (no, I do not recall their names) asked me to add something about the LAT application to the server message because they did not have the rights to do so, and nobody with said rights would be on until the next day. Being them high staff on the server with the responsibility of accepting applications, there was no reason for me to decline. No harm done to the players or server, and it helped the staff. That's the job of a global, is it not?
Anyways, this entire 'argument' is rather off topic, I agree.
Lets get back on track, shall we?
