They quit.. Owner comes on, and well, they have Manager rights (RC 4), and by cause, they can use the recycling bin to back up... But this would still be a problem if there wasn't any recycling bin.

What if the owner is the manager that goes corrupt. I own my own server but I'm still a manager of it.

I had this idea because I don't want accidental deletions.

I had to read down this far to find my idea mentioned

I think it would be best for level4's to have read/copy (same thing) access to the recycle bin folder, and nobody to have delete rights. Just have files that have been in it for a week or more deleted from the server.

However, the problem that poses is if somebody created tons of files to overload the server, they couldn't be fully deleted for a week without stefan intervention or something like that.

Maybe globals would have rw to recycle bin for those cases? Seeing as how in those situations we're already involved.

That'd be a good idea, incase.. Oh, let's say your HEADS FOLDER gets deleted.
