Stefan or Unixmad is not the proper way of doing it and is why you don't get an answer 99% of the time.

Going to Stefan is always a good option, he actually listens when you PM him, worked for me when I got banned on forums for "trying to steal my account" and no one else would listen, they were like "suuure", well..they didnt literally say that, but you get the picture.
