Business Rule #1: The customer's always right.

Real Life Rule #1: People are oft stupid and don't know what's best for them.

Real Life Rule #2: People don't understand that society (as well as these forums) is governed by a set of rules - when a violation of these rules isn't happening, there's no reason to close such a thread.
