Its pretty much ovisious that he is getting banned. I would totaly agree on globaly banning this guy. Most people do this but they dont think they can get away with it, mybe if this guy is banned it will show other people that they can get away with this type of stuff and mybe it would stop some of it o.O

He would just not go on for a week till it settles down. Sorry cant work that way. And he would still have access to PMs and it would be like escape from punishment.
