Thyme locked a thread regarding customer service. Why? Because he didn't like somones attitude. This is a buisness, and we pay for it. Graal might as well charge 10 bucks extra if they want customer service because it seems you guys just want money, and only respond to it. I will say now, after Thymes thread I will never reupgrade my account or anyone elses again. That is a bad example of how to run customer service or anything else. See thread here:
