I also test their rp skills by giving them a random role to play and they must be successful in order to get recruited or have atleast some what of a good idea on what they're doing. Also...I make them define the acronym, not only unabbreviate and give examples before they could even try to be tested with a random role for recruitment. Heh...sadly I've never heard of a practise as close to this one on Samurai but Reaper still has the nerve to mock my efforts ._.
