Leveling up
|
Hmm....Here's a suggestion I'd think many people would agree on:leveling needs a bit of fixing. Sure, we all know it's supposed to be a long hard road. But why is it that it's based solely on killing things? Let's examine how each class SHOULD be able to gain EXP....
Warrior and Barbarian: Killing things obviously, but granted their physical classes, they should also gain some light EXP from doing things such as chopping down trees and mining.
Sorcerer: Tone down the power of their magic por favor. They gain EXP far too easily with their omnipotent AoE spells.
Theifs: Oi, kind of like the Warriors except instead of mining and lumbering, they should gain some EXP from stealing, obviously, and from PKing since Theives do have such an infamous reputation.
Alchemists: Let them get some EXP from mixing up magical potions, I mean c'mon that's a given!
Priests: Let Priests get some EXP bonuses from slaying the undead more than normal, and also from healing others, etc. Especially we the Priests of Brigid. I mean we cant even make our own food, at least throw us a bone and give us some EXP for doing what we do best, Healing. |
