How about making a bank, and charging a one-time fee of 50 gralat to open an account. Then you get a graal "credit card" that you can purchase goods with. Also you can transfer money from one account to another. And in the future maybe look into Savings bonds.
This would also indirectly lower pking, since alot of pkers kill for money.
You cant steal money from someone that has nothing on them.
