Your way of fishing

Well I am pretty much stumped on this. From a player perspective, what would you prefer fishing to be on a server? Fishing that is fun,addicting,rewarding, all without the player losing care about it. Fishing that dose not seam repetitive the more you play it.

In my option the finest fishing I have seen and experienced was Zenkou's. It was fun,fast, and took some practice, but I don't want to recreate their system and get flamed for it. "Oh this is stolen from zenkou, lame.", yea I don't want that.

So I am turning to you guys. In your own options how would you like to fish?. How would it need to be for you to play it over and over again and still enjoy it?.
