Gold will be given to those developers that have earned it. It is not necessarily going to be given to anyone who come's into the server claiming that they'll help out for gold. If I am not wrong the only person we've offered gold to so far has been Zorko(Dumdumdidi) and he has worked with us several times in the past and we know he is trustworthy. We are looking for valuable devs and a long-term relationship with them. If they can work a while with us without actually expecting something in return (like most devs do on a daily basis) they could, as I mentioned before, receive free gold as a token of our gratitude.
