About
Noctorious, as you might know, is another modern server. The server was shut down a couple of month ago and went back to the planning table. Now, we are starting from scratch (at least system and level-wise) with new ideas for what will be our new gameplay. The new Noctorious will revolve around team play and will evolve as players explore Noctorious and find that to keep moving on they'll rely on others. Of course, we will have enough content for players that want to work on their own. There are many ideas, I am willing to share but that is out of the scope of this hiring thread.

What are we looking for?
At the moment, Noctorious is being remade from scratch. We've deleted our old gmap and our old systems. We will still be using all of the old graphics we had and will probably be creating very few new ones. This basically means that at this moment we are hiring: LATs and Scripters. We will be hiring a couple of GATs and GANI makers in a little while after all basic systems and the gmap is done.

Please notice, that we are willing to provide gold to developers that might need it as a token of our gratitude towards them.

Currently we have no real content to show off and that'll be my excuse for the lack of pictures in this thread, I'll post pictures on a different thread, as we develop and have something to show off.

Look at it this way. When you give someone a month of gold what is stopping them for just saying sionara then never logging onto Noctorious again?

I havent upgraded in years so maybe im wrong. But isn't it the same price for making a brand new account with gold and just buying gold? The noct manager or whoever would be paying should simply just make a noct acct, and give that account gold. That way if a dev bails, the payer can simply change the pass, and the dev doesn't get free gold

Make fun of it, But this is a serious offer. To serious and pro developers, We are not looking for a Level Maker who works fast but makes bad levels, Or anything like that. We are looking for Staff which are trustable and good.

With the summer holidays coming up I'll no doubt have about 5 or 6 weeks free time on my hands so I might offer my services. It's been over a year since I last worked on a Modern server so it'll be fun to get back at it. And don't worry, I can pay for my own Gold.

I dont mind working again, i am back to being free again xD
Anyway, I got a pretty solid server idea, very much different from that of an average joe's Era mockup. I think it will be a hit if someone is willing to execute this idea.

One thing...I remember the old Noctorious a few months ago. The gmap was a pain in the ass to get around by. Make the gmap a little easier to get around, please.
