The players are here to
play the game. There are some that choose to develop, sure, but even you said it's a game. The majority of people haven't and won't upgrade to develop, they upgrade to play. As I've said like a million times (really I've given up on threads like this), CJ succeeds everytime they have treated it as a game. Look at GTA, G2k1, G2k2, their revamp of Zone, and Classic iPhone.
