Pelikano has a little shameless behaviour in the past

How I see things you guys are all waiting for another person to come apply so you can choose him as Manager instead of me.

Hah! Oh well, that's a waste of time, I assure you I am the best person for this position and I can get a decent staff team together to finish Noctorious and go hosted.
