Guilds, useless?

There are so many guilds now. . . most of them are non multi-guilding guilds too!
Everyone is in a guild, so people who make a guild are completely screwed and will most likely go no were with there guild!

You know what to do... discuss, contrast and elaborate! No flaming please!
