Take a look at this, see where the "z" is, if you click in that location next to any skill, weapon, or spell you can press any key, to bind it to a hotkey.

This is here because people don't know how to bind the keys when they start, and it usually takes about 15 minutes to direct them to this before they figure it out the first time. Don't worry, it even took me a bit to figure that one out.
