Moderators will decide in good faith like are doing police or judge in real life.

When someone is breaking rules if he/she rarely do it then he will just receive a warning, if he is well known to break rules then he will receive zero tolerance.

- There is a filter for this.
Posting Non-Graal related links/url's: 1 Point
- These links could be removed, threads moved.
Signature/avatar/custom title violation: 2 Points
- Easily removed upon request or edited.
Discussing bans: 2 Points
- Again, thread can be closed due to the rules.
Evading the curse filter: 2 Points
- Not that big of a deal, can be moderated.
Insulted other member(s) and Inappropriate language: 3 Points
- I could take an offence to some of the things a moderator has said, as I have, does this mean they would get a point? It's all based on opinion.

Recreating deleted/closed thread: 2 Points
- This is the only one I agree with.

To be honest the moderators are doing a fine job in keeping these type of "crimes" at bay, this infractions idea just looks like having a reason to ban people.
