OK so shangri-la started with no plan and slowly evolved into a tropical themed server. Well now I'm starting with a clear plan for a sky world located above the main world. Here are some screenshots of it after about 3 days of work. Keep in mind it isn't complete. A lot of areas on the building havent been detailed completely and since the first screenshot is shrunk a lot of detail is lost.

ok some ideas for this world currently.
*direct link to the islands below (fall off the edge and fall to the ground below and die)
*hover cars that let you travel between the two worlds
*scrolling signs/lights for clubs and other entertainment places
*moving conveyer belt floors between platforms.
*warps linking to other platforms.
Think Jetsons type stuff.
