About 8k in bank, dice1 bomy (with the cool menu), and a ph. Which I think i switched mine with someone because I made my old one huge by making tons of empty rooms (like 6 rooms full with nothing their and huge rooms so the people would have big rooms).
Then, someone made that house 1 lvl and the person I traded with flipped out lol
