Revival of Graal2001
 

Today, I decided to revive Graal2001. Just for a bit, as I can not do it alone to revive it forever. I also gave up my current guild to create a guild called "Graal2001 Supporter".

And, I also tried to get as many players as I could. (We hit about 25-30 including some staff)

I also tried to take some pics of us playing kingdom's, do to the fact that I suck at that game lol. I really couldn't get much besides me and cheetos getting a base or two.

I will also try to get more pictures.

Isn't some official revival of G2k1 being worked on?

Probally, but this was more of a "player revival" one. (with some staff ;-D)

About the second picture down here, I was trying to show how you can't move that like you used to be able to move it.

About the third picture down here, everyone was playing w/ a bamboo stick lol

It was pretty fun for the time it lasted. I believe there are a few people on the server still, but there is no point in doing anything right now. We are still trying to get organized behind the scenes.

Yea, they do need help for it. And yea, I enjoyed it for the time lasted. No one appreciates it, like the people who used to play it does.

Like the time I THINK Lance cought darkwarlock having an npc to give him free gralats. Then he auctioned all his stuff off.

Well, I got on and the second I get on some staff starts pking me. We both have very low health, and he ends up killing me since he had a sword and I was using fists. Well, I revive and go to pk him and he puts himself in a building. I go next to it and I'm like "Wtf?", so then he pk's me from the building.

Staff abuse already x-x.

i joined graal at the later part of 2k1, but i always liked it.

Dude, I was just goofing off. And then I ended up coming back and fought you like twice after that and you killed me.

Believe me, if the server actually meant anything I wouldn't be warping or even PKing for that matter.

And yes, we need help... especially GFX.

Wasn't Graal 2001's peak before these new bodies came out?

i think a problem is people may want to help but don't know how to be gfx or an lat

Well, I know I how to do like ganis or scripting or watever. But, I rather not. So I just got some players on g2k1 to show my support.

New doesn't mean good... most of us liked the classic bodies better...

That was his point I think. He thinks the new bodies caused the decline in the servers population. I don't agree with that. I think it was poor management and lack of updates...

Yea, classic bodies would be better. Also the regular hp system would do good aswell. Takes forever to kill someone. Also, not have to make your sword and instead start with one would be good aswell. Also, having a scabbard at the start so you can switch back and forth from karate to sword would be good. Should I list more?

In my opinion, I pefer the new bodies. I also like this HP system, it would take equally long if we just had hearts instead of a nice bar and some numbers... ;)

I dont know about the sword, the kung-fu is really good if you kill npcs and you get some kicks and spin-kicks...

Yea, too bad that's disabled. I don't care much about hp system. And I like my sword idea lol

Also i know quite a few bugs for one that bloody bow sales man... i said what he wanted me too i lost 50g and i got no bow..
Also the Monsters dont hurt...
The Sword Quest is broken...

There is no real point to play the server right now. Jeff caused some problems and Lance hasn't fixed them yet.

Yea, I knew jeff sucked. I told him then when he first was hired.

G2K1 needs some good NATs just to go around and fix the scripts i mean the levels are alright but the only problem is i think some strings got updated leaving some scipts not working and just hell with the day night shop

It's a good idea, messed up script.

I have a 'grudge' against belligerent children who start swearing at me because they did not win an event, sure.

No reason to call people names Lance. No reason to call me a "stupid child" behind my back, either.

Under pressure? I just lost two levels team members, man. It certainly follows that I will need to replace them. Continue with your amateur psychology if you'd like, but don't discount other potential reasons just because they don't fit your worldview.

Lance's greatest contribute for g2k1 was that event he made when i enjoyed g2k1, back in like 2002. (After I lost my first acct on g2k1 at the year of 2001 :o)
