SUPPORT CENTER
Okay, I have now got all of the PWA access to the 'Support Center'.
I would ask that people use the support center, over my inbox, for playerworld support.
I personally will reply to tickets, but so will the PWA. This means:
- Fast Responces: More people can view and help on the same problems, so you aren't waiting for one person.
- Better Timezone Coverage: All the PWA will be able to help with the tickets, instead of the one person you email normally. This means I could reply and then someone in the American timezone could complete the help and finish it, instead of the user having to wait for me to get back online again.
- No Waiting Around: If one person has problems getting online, it shouldn't affect the responce time, as the other PWA can help. The same applies if someone goes away for a period of time.
- Spreading The Work Load: To even out the work load, so that everything is done quicker and all the PWA can help out.
I know alot of people in the past have had bad experiences with the support center, but now that people actually have access to help - it should be a good method to get support.
When you create a support ticket you need to put the
Category as Player Worlds so that the PWA can respond. They can also see
General Questions which are general graal questions, so you can also use this category if it applies to the subject of your question/problem.

How to log in?
Currently you will need to log in after first signing up.
If you have already signed up you can log in with your Graalonline password, however, if you have changed your password since you first registered on the support center then the password will be your old password, and need changing seperatly,

Registering?
If your not yet signed up then follow the following instructions to do so.
Go to http://support.graalonline.com
Click 'Create Graal Desk Account'
Enter your current Graalonline Username and Password
Enter your Name and Graalonline Email Address
Click Login (You will be emailed your details if you forget them)
Creating A Support Ticket
Log in
Click 'SUBMIT NEW REQUEST'
Fill in all of the details, then click 'Submit'
Viewing Replies To Your Ticket
Note: You will get an email when you have a reply, telling you someone has replied and what they have said. You need to log in to the support center to reply, and not reply to the e-mail.
Log in
Click 'OPEN REQUESTS'
Click on the ticket you want to see. Read replies, and respond if you need to.
What to continue using e-mail for?- Inspection Requests
- Playerworld Renames
- Owners IP locked out of their accounts
