A change in the way to get Playerworld Support!
SUPPORT CENTER Okay, I have now got all of the PWA access to the 'Support Center'. I would ask that people use the support center, over my inbox, for playerworld support. I personally will reply to tickets, but so will the PWA. This means:
I know alot of people in the past have had bad experiences with the support center, but now that people actually have access to help - it should be a good method to get support. When you create a support ticket you need to put the Category as Player Worlds so that the PWA can respond. They can also see General Questions which are general graal questions, so you can also use this category if it applies to the subject of your question/problem. How to access the Support Center? http://support.graalonline.com How to log in? Currently you will need to log in after first signing up. If you have already signed up you can log in with your Graalonline password, however, if you have changed your password since you first registered on the support center then the password will be your old password, and need changing seperatly, HERE. Registering? If your not yet signed up then follow the following instructions to do so.
Creating A Support Ticket
Viewing Replies To Your Ticket Note: You will get an email when you have a reply, telling you someone has replied and what they have said. You need to log in to the support center to reply, and not reply to the e-mail.
What to continue using e-mail for?

Make a big huge post that is all "DRAMATIC & EXCITING" like Spark just did for the GraalOnline Support Center.
So when you get help, you can be like, "You go girl." |

I used the support desk a few* weeks ago. I was expecting an answer to come weeks later, but I was surprised it was answered that day. This is more user friendly than e-mailing for support.

I keep getting spammed with my @graalonline.com email with this :P The annoying part is I don't have access the accounts or general area, only bugs and some other one, so I can only reply to a few of them =/

Bravo on the support. Wouldn't that be nice if PWA was all on at different times to help people, but such a thing was not meant to happen.
