Okay, yes, that was 100% necessary at that time. All my staff were on there periods accidentally deleting buildings and forgetting to say "update level". Those blocks were needed to make sure they didn't destroy that important building. (The picture doesn't show it because the level wasn't updated.)

Dont even try to explain what the hell is going on in that mess you call a server, the picture speaks for itself.
If you dont want your staff deleting stuff, then fire them. Simple.
