Cursing doesn't ruin the prospect of staff. No RPing does ruin the prospect of kingdoms. Let those people who wish to say 'LOL' all the time join a guild.
While I was a member of a kingdom I didn't always RP on tag, and I enjoyed RPing quite a bit back then. I was , none the less, a valuable member based on my skills.
