In your opinion. But HR would have something differen't than what a GGP would do.

I'm not gonna ask...

Recap: I think the only bad thing about the GGP, would be picking the right members. Since we have: Myself, Stanislav, and WaterLord, I'm not sure who else would fit the job and not be currupt.

Leaveing all personal reasons behind, I think two more members that were hired by application, would be perfict.

Lol, Loriel :P!

No one Emails because the amount of responses people get on graal is very low. As a matter of fact Stefan doesnt even use email anymore. That and emails are usually replied hours after being sent. Which sucks hard.

Again, see why a Global staff on the actual servers would help?

Well I always reply, but why people don't use it just because Stefan doesn't is beyond me, and why people need instant attention all the time also is confusing.

No because its mostly the responsibility of the current globals to answer emails related to whatever the staffer is. I know Spark is quick with this and Loriel is too since he's a forum hoe (yes hoe, the farm tool notice the E behind the h and the o) !

It certainly does. Somewhere in the core of your argument near "I would do a better job than everyone before me" lies the argument "The current Global Staff are not doing a good enough job with such things".

I won't even bother pointing out the fallacies involved in the first one, but the second one is simply untrue for reasons explained in my previous post.

Actually the core of the argument, is that PWs have too much work to handle, so players cannot get what they need ro keep playing. In which case, another secondary staff would be needed, heres my suggestion.

Also, your opinion has been taken into account, and even though I player with WaterLord on Doomsday, he left and I havn't heard of him since yesterday, and I only asked Stanislav because he's a good GP on Delteria.

Also, you do not play Graal, as I understand it Mr."I have experience being GM you want power so get the hell out and make way for the oldbies to shut you down" AKA AlkarenHyralt, and you have IMed me through AIM telling how much you do not care what happens to Graal, and yet your posting saying this would be bad for Graal? GoodJob

Please go spam some other thread now. Thank you for your cooperation.

Or, the servers involved where there actually might be a problem could just hire some more GPs.

You know, either way.

Again, you fail to recognize part of the core of your own argument (which is quite humorous). By saying that you've witnessed these things and pushing that as a reason that your suggestion should be accepted, you are stating that your opinion is better than everyone else's and that you and your opinion of others will perform much better than those who have preceeded you. I again need not point out the fallacies involved in that. ^_^

One need not particularly care about the result in order to accurately predict it. But, then, that's just using plain old logic and reasoning.

Alk, wasn't you one of those corrupt people or something?

And, Some globalls do play classic servers, but I've only seen them on Delteria-houdini, Era-tseng, ben, angel, and UN-Protagonist.
And spark logs on to random servers with friends (Me, growlz and probably others- we check out UC servers for stolen products etc etc etc)- which is very successfull I might add.

But eventhough they do play often, I do believe there is not enough. I Do believe either more added, or a new team being formed what actually play graal quite often, once every day/2 days..
But that's just my opinion.

I personally, once again, check my mail everyday, I read newsletters and I keep in touch with a few friends I hardley talk to, so it's nice that I do check my mail for anyreason, and when I e-mail a global, I usually get a reply atleast 1-2 days after. Which is perfect

Forum PM's, I don't normally get a reply of any globalls.. But some times I do-which i'm greatfull for..

Lance beat me to most of it, but I'll just say this: in my years I was around on graal, there have been countless numbers of people like you before.

they failed then trying to manipulate themself to power. It's not really any different now.

And what oldbies are still around this game really? Very, very few ones are still around. Maybe 15. If that much.

Yes Lance, by saying that my opinion is better than everyone elses, you are saying that your opinion, is better then mine. Does that make your'es better than ever elses?

Also, I think it is that generally, no one in Global staff wants to open up any kind of "Power" that they might have. Your paranoid. By simply saying, "I think there should be more Global staff." you take it as, "Someone else wants to be Global and have all the rights you have, sharering your power and rights!" Just because someone (This time myself) wishes that there be more Global staff to help players, and have found a way to make that so, does not mean that I would take away anything you or others might have. Infact, it would help you a great deal.

Quote:

I'm speaking of the classic playerworlds, not Kingdoms. Since when have you been onto a regular playerworld, such as: Delteria, UN, Babylon, and some UC servers? Your jugment, is purly on so-called "Experience" on being staff, and the fact that even though you hate to admit it, you really do not want to share any kind of job with someone else. "I'm doing a great job!" well, according to regular players, no you really are not doing a good job. 95% of Graal, does not know who "Lance" is, unless their friends nickname on Graal is Lance.

You really need to open up more. "The Global staff is fine as it is." well sure, how about, "The Global staff is better than it ever was, even if it would have been fine if we had left it as it was, but thanks to the changes, Graal is more player friendly, and staff is not forced to run around doing three things at once anymore."

I think you shall find, that the second quote would be a lot better, however longer to type.

I have been playing Graal for 4 years, and look at my sign up date?

Recap: The basic fact is, if Unix was to approve GGP, it would basically make the jobs easier on all of you global staff.

I don't feel particularly over-worked.

GGP is simply unneeded.

And, if you read my signature, you have no excuse not to be able to contact me...

Forum PMs i check about 20 times a day, e-mail is checked literally every 60 seconds and im available on AIM almost always.

I also occasionally visit N-Pulse now because they have the old "hey i started graal playing these levels" world up

Yeah, if anything I could take on a few extra duties.

And, if you read my signature, you have no excuse not to be able to contact me...

Forum PMs i check about 20 times a day, e-mail is checked literally every 60 seconds and im available on AIM almost always.

I also occasionally visit N-Pulse now because they have the old "hey i started graal playing these levels" world up
I do not think so, as you are pking some times, and many players, as I have said before, do not read the fourms, and will not even know who you are.

Also, you are defending the fact that you do not need/want any body to share anything you have.

Also, many people would like a light workload. Not that it changes your job at all.

Player list still works quite well...
I find myself idle far too often when im on Graal...

Too many cooks spoil the soup. We all handle our loads fairly well right now.
