Well, if your firewall has an icon in that bottom-right-corner-icon-set-thing, than maybe if you right-click the icon there, there'll be a disable option. If not, then you can probably disable it from your firewalls control-window-thing.

Well I disabled, reenambled, unistalled, everything and it still dosn't work, oh well i guess im screwed, thanks for helping me all.

Reinstall Windows

1. Pick up computer.
2. Open window.
3. Throw the piece of crap out the window.
4. Buy a new computer.
5. Re-install Graal.
6. Stop complaining and have fun
