Not really, it's still e-mail. The only change that has really been made is that now you can e-mail either "accounts AT graalonline.com" or "support AT graalonline.com", depending on the type of support you need, and now unless the person responding includes who they are, you could easily be talking to all 4 of us at once and think it's only one! WOOO!
