Just two suggestions. Either make it so people start off with random gun, or, only allow people to pick up one box with a random weapon and have be stuck with that. That would be alot better because it would, "mix it up".

P.S. Make helicopters attackable. Honestly its annoying.

the staring with knives is fun, if you cant find a weapon fast enough its tough luck. i never have a problem with it because i havent died on the planet yet.

Interesting, I have a similar idea. Each weapon type has a weight:
Melee = 1
Pistol = 1
Rifle = 2
Heavy Weapon = 3
You can only hold 4 weight. When you go over a box and your fully equip maybe give a message that says "You can't carry anymore."

The ability to drop weapons would be fun as well, you could drop a weapon your not using for a teamate or something.

Its not so much not being able to find a gun fast enough as when the enemy is at your base with storm rifles, all you got is a knife, you cant get past, they circle you, and then bring in choppers. Theres no way to get out of that but quit.

P.S. Wtf is with wep boxes spawning with knifes?

ive never had that problem apart from when my own team circled the spawn point with boxes we we couldnt get out, resulting in my first death on the planet losing my big ass bounty, bloody idiots XD

I've never started with Muramasa, I have entered the map approx. 100 times. If there is a random chance Gold members start with Muramasa, the percentage of times that this happens will have no impact on game.

Helicopters are base snatchers. All they have to do is drop close to the ground, and then they take the base without any problem whatsoever. If someone tries to defend the base from the helicopter, they get rocket spammed. The helicopter flies off, lands in an area unreachable by foot, then reloads and flies back to spam more rockets and create general annoyance.

The streamer is the only thing that makes killing helicopters possible, (except for other helicopters) and even then, you need a gold box to get that item (not to mention you have to own one before the match.)

Either there needs to be major work done on how the helicopters function or more anti-vehicle items and weapons need to be added. Even a stationary AA turret at certain bases or strategic points would make it more fair for ground troops.

Personally, I'd remove its ability to take bases while being piloted-- a nerf that would force the pilot to exit from the helicopter and take the base, crippling the cheap "take-and-run" tactics that are currently employed.

On another issue, there should be a delay when capturing bases, and that you have to remain in a certain area for a set time in order to convert the base. However, multiple personell can speed up the process, but enemies nearby would slow it down, if not bring it to a halt when they enter the capture-zone.

They are useable when you pick up a Gold box. If they were useable at all times Bunker would fail.

And I strongly agree with Mino, heli's need to be altered so they can actually take damage and be destroyed... XD

Get some beta testers to test anything on Debug before releasing it, It really helps in the production to see if it's ready or not and what to improve on.

helicopter are INVINSIBLE.
there is only 2 ways to kill the guy in it.
-destroy the heli, by rockets of an other heli.
-kill the guy in, when he comes out of heli in order to reload his rockets. (lol)
so. taht would be better, if we coul kill heli,with all guns, or if we could have a Tazer in inventory.

yeah, helicopters are pretty unfair

you have no way of killing the one in the helicopter until it hits the ground. but yet they can hurt you, with no possible way of you hurting them back.

unless the come on the ground.

well, rockets would be a good choice. but you can only fire them from helicopters and friendly bases.

No they don't. We're fixing the fact that they can take bases, and seeing as they are only capable of doing 50 damage to you at a time they are only a nuiscance.

Plus, they have a "cool down" time so it's even harder to kill people with them.

Tough luck, nothing I can do to help you. It's the main idea of Bunker to start off with just a knife and to get weapons along the way. If you aren't fast enough or good enough to get weapons of your own I can't help you.

They are attackable. Dan and Stefan enabled tazebomb but didn't add it to the starting weapons and I know they're going to add electron soon.

Two choppers would = 100 hp damage, yes...but you could get back in before they'd be back to lame.

I'll keep an eye on the laming from now on and if I see a lot of it I'll break it up, since it seems to be a big problem at this point.

Takes them a while to reload, though. I know the frustration you must be feeling and I'm trying to get Stefan and Dan to fix this problem but it's difficult.

You see, Dan can't fix this problem. He doesn't have the rights to fix stuff like this. We have to wait for the rare times that Stefan logs on to get him to fix issues like these. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I assure you I'm trying my best to fix the problems with Bunker.

Whenever I get Dan to get ahold of Stefan (or I get ahold of Stefan) we'll add electrons and tazebombs to starting equipment.

I think I'll make a poll thread after this in relation to that.

There's major work TRYING to be done, but there's very little our devstaff can do without Stefan.

Going to be fixed very soon.

Base laming sucks. I only played for 5 minutes and got 31 - 32 deaths. Exciting!

How about being able to pick the base you spawn at... Less trouble for all of us

ALSO:
Does blue team seem to have the advantage or is just me? I tested it, I joined red, I died 7 times before getting a gun, it took about one minute to get there. On blue, I never died getting a gun, and it only took about 25 - 30 seconds. Quite interesting if you ask me.

We had several people test it and we actually did fix a few bugs along the way. It is entirely understandable that we missed some. I've been playing the new Elder Scrolls game and I've noticed a few glitches and bugs.

Their devstaff is hundreds of times bigger than ours and even they miss a few things.

We did think we tested everything and did everything, but obviously we didn't. Which is why I was asking you how would we know for sure in the future, since you seem to know everything.

Actually I'm not sure about the Helicopter, myself. I wasn't so involved with the "testing" so I can't say much about that one.

I was under the impression we were nerfing that godforsaken weapon. I suppose the devstaff is still crippled.

I did not say that while testing the Helicopter no one ever saw any overpowered things at all. If you would have read my post you would have known that. Let me qoute it for you:

I try to refrain from throwing out statements if I'm not positive they are true. For all I know Dan just threw in the Helicopters as an afterthought.

Graal has a very nifty little trick, it has no need for patches of any sort and stuff can be uploaded there and then on the spot when staff feel the need to do so. If we went ahead and tested every little bug that we thought could occur, we would be there for days on end. Releasing it to the public is a good idea so that we could get feedback and make edits and fixes here and there. The community is basically being used to iron out any imperfections and that's a completely fine method, heck Microsoft are even doing that with vista.

That other kind of stuff is purely down to the...less 'capable' hands of Stefan who unfortunately has no idea what constitutes as a balanced weapon.
