Another Overlooked person....
Nemesis was a good guy, he wasnt afraid to act, he never said "i'll get back to you" and then never actually bothered. People only say he was corrupt because he actually did his job.

What bad things did he do? Only thing I can remember is the account deleting stuff which he did so he couldnt return to Graal. I'm not saying it was the right thing to do. But I am saying i'd love to see more globals with the balls to do stuff without being afraid of being called corrupt by the angered party.

Graal's going to get sued someday. Their terms of services and contracts have more holes in them than swiss cheese.
Stefan's a nice guy and all, but CyberJoueurs has no idea what the Playerworld Administration is doing. Nor do they seem to remember that they're dealing with money.

Just a note on the side anyway, be aware that when you submit a support ticket to either Malinko or Ibonic (it's one the two in my case) that they have no problem with copy/pasting what you have to say and sharing the information with other players for a "laugh." Real professional, and a great respect for other's privacy.

And hey! By registering an account, you are agreeing to abide by them. It is of no consequence to Cyberjoueurs.

Not really, Graal reserved the right in their ToS to change or modify at will without notice.. which means their ToS is bull because they can just make up rules whenever. This is not a democracy, you will not see them sued for anything.

The most they could be sued for is privacy issues.. ie: they could have been sued when a large number of players' account/pass and ccinfo was released to the public a while back by a hacker... but no one did anything (for some reason... i mean come on that was your big chance to make a pretty penny)

Also, to Thallen:
I really dont think Ibonic would do that, honestly.. he doesnt have anyone to 'laugh' about it to.. he's very much a loner. Malinko though, I totally see him doing that no doubt about it.. and I am sure he has.

I appriciate your comments and thats what a lot of people will say, Nemesis was a very good guy in terms of getting the job done regardless of what anyone thought.

So during the PWA Reviews, he pulls his weight and gets Kisharha hired as PWA without even submitting an application (Hey, they were dating, it was cool right?)

I suppose you are not aware of all the bad things Nemesis did, I am because I was a part of one. My management was cut short on Babylon because of Nemesis, Disturbed Limit, Devil and Kisharha's friendship. a lot of people know about it, and its a really long story so I will hold of telling it right now. If you really want to know more I have no problem talking about it.

My initial point was, everyone trusted Nemesis, and look what he did. He did his job "great" to many, but was also very shady, reminds me of someone.

That has nothing to do with what he's talking about. The rules don't say you'll be subject to view daggers purposely shaped like a ***** on Maloria, and things like that, and apparently, since all material uploaded on Graal belongs to Graal (which is a joke anyway, so I've heard) that makes it their problem, not Maloria's, or any other server's.
