All I have to say is, good luck trying to wield that thing if it were real, that curve at the bottom would probably be in the way. It's a display prop imo.

i dont agree at all it would acutally help my bottom hand from slidding off the back of it beacause there would be more grip for my fingers. and it allows me to block and quickly do linear stab attacks then another chop like a sweet tripple combo.

Excuse me but tell me, how realistic do you think it is that someone could do that? Of course I'm speaking more realistic terms than graal.

Also, how is the originals curve any better? It's too far angled the way it is. It becomes a handling hazard more then it does a supporting feature.

Six years later and he still doesn't recognize how ergonomically incorrect this weapon design is. To be correct you would need a gradual S shape on the handle as both hands would need to adjust during a chopping motion. Just pretend to chop with your curved handle and you would notice how your bottom hand would be at an awkward angle.

(it is funny because there is a link posted that shows correct handle design).
