Event Master Application

Time on GK: Almost six years now.

I want to rejoin the Events Master team. I was told by many people that when I was EM it was a fun and more populated time.

My events were hosted so much that in my short run as EM I hosted almost 80 events forcing me to event off my own items. I am comfortable doing this because I care for these players.

I play Graal Kingdoms an awful lot. I'm on for at least 4 hours a day, almost every day. When I'm not running around killing lords, I'm helping new players and teaching them fundamentals.

I'd host just as much as I always did. Which is to say, a lot. My events go beyond mere built-in events to scavenger hunts and ship battles. (I'm always open for suggestions.

I wasn't around when you were EM, but I think you'd do okay!

He has helped me a few times with various things, such as alchemy. He also lent me an item to help me out when I needed something

I approve of Pat. After all the bug fuss we made of hiring him, and the wonderful job he did as an EM, albeit ruined by one mistake, it only makes sense that he should stay an EM. Just keep a shorter leash on him this time.

He did awesome before and I'm sure he can do it again.

Although, he shouldn't have left before.

Because he left. It's not like he got fired. I'd rather give someone who left another chance rather than someone who got fired.

Pat was a great EM, he hosted more times in the few weeks he was EM than you did all this year.

@pojo: again if you can tell me when the player count was above 5 during the time i wasn't hosting then i will apologize for not hosting (and i mean for my timezone when I was on).

Heck I can name one day when i went on there and NO ONE WAS ON.

I quit EM recently due to irl circumstances. They will allow one but not both servers so I chose zone. I do miss hosting on gk though but now its too late for that.

I recall a Mr. Ravenblade spawning monsters for his friends when he first got his job, pillorying people constantly for close to no reason other than "they hurt my feelings," and I'm not even going to mention the most recent stunt you pulled a few weeks ago. I seriously doubt that; I don't know what he based it on actually.

I had recommendations from Tig who probably does more work for GK than anyone, and a person I've worked with for 3 or 4 years (he is my manager).

From what I saw you didn't have recommendations from anyone who would be considered someone who you have had experience working with as staff, or any kind of special recommendations.

I'm guessing it was based more on his opinion of people that he has known more than the applications.

Which is why your recommendation should have meant very little, unless you explained that you've worked with him or something like that.
