GK Staff are just like other staffers on other servers. Not all of them have Global Powers or support ticket access. Because of that, some of them don't know who to send you to for specific problems. You can't really blame them - they are doing their job. If you went to a Classic server and asked the same problem, you'd get the same answer - create a ticket at the support desk.
I doubt anyone has the right to fully transfer all items from one account to the other, so it's your best chance to write in that ticket that you wish to speak to Stefan on that matter.
