Support in GK
Hello!
Like 2 weeks and a few days ago I submit a support ticket, regarding the transfer of items from a classic to a gold account, that both proven belong to me. The only answer I got in two weeks was something regarding the paypal transaction ids, while Stefan answered in PM that that wont be needed. Now I asked stefan from time to time when he came on (quite rarely), and like a understand because hes releasing masses these days, has no time. No other staff seems to be responsible, they either have no rights to do it, or would need stefans ok and dont want to ask for it, maybe because they hate me, which is very unprofessional. Can I finally get an exact answer? Can it be done? Can't it be done? When will it be done, if it can be done? (a stuck date in 1 week or some days later would be fine x-x iam not in a rush, dont have much time anyways!) If it can't be done id live with it, but it has done for me already once (1,5 years ago or something). I cant regard it as very professional, that gk staff is unable to answer, though i really often see people on tags. I paid like anyone else, even when iam maybe a unwanted guest, but cant i ask for support for that paid money? Iam really hoping iam getting answers here! good night - Niki |
I think Stefan is the only person that can Okay a transfer of items. Who repsponded to you support ticket?

I just hate it when someone tells me to make a support ticket, I explain to them I can't cause the support desk doesn't accept 3 letter account names. I told Stefan and his response was have someone else do it for you. So I had Malinko do it and still nothing. >.>

Last I knew mud account transfers weren't being done...I also looked for your ticket but didn't see it. It must be in a different GK section than I have access too.

Noone has any idea who is responsible, if it can/would be made at all and who can make it?
As information to the staff: iam not trying to annoy anyone, i just want a answer for a simple question that he supportdesk seems to be unable to answer. |

I doubt anyone has the right to fully transfer all items from one account to the other, so it's your best chance to write in that ticket that you wish to speak to Stefan on that matter. Good luck :o! |

It took me 2 weeks to get my fisherman hat, and miners hat restored. It took a whopping 2 seconds to do, but 2 weeks to accomplish. Get used to it, Stefan is "Busy," note the quotes, to do any player support at the moment.

Every time I make a support ticket, it takes 2+ months to get resolved. This includes my current one.
