Yes, it's not scamming in the sense that Stefan should not return the item. That's the whole reason a kingdom should take it as an offense. The person was tricked so that they lose a valuable item which will not be returned to them. That person should now be considered a theif and a liar because of what he has done. I think it would be best for these people to not be allowed in any kingdom, or at least temporarily after something like this happened. So...it's not a scam by the laws of the game, but it can be by the laws of the RPing kingdoms just as many things are or should be illegal by the laws of RPing kingdoms such as PKing and talking OOC on tag, but it would be ridiculous to ban people from the game for doing those things (Which is why all OOC people should be put on start island instead
