Timothy728 Strikes again!!!!
 

For weeks Timothy728 has been begging me to let him join Samurai, and I have told him no. Hes even asked others to join who have Adding rights and has not been able to get in. He swore he was a changed person. But September 27, 2003 he scammed Zhou Yu out of his sun shield that he just got that day.
Ryu (Timothy728) offered to let him try you his DF and RoS if he let him try out his shield. Zhou Yu dropped sheild but Ryu did not drop the DF nor the RoS. And now Ryu will not return the sheild unless Zhou Yu gives him his friends inferno.
My question is: HOW CAN ANYONE NOT OF KNOWN TIMOTHY728 IS A KNOWN SCAMMER? Empress Nayoko Yamada-Len

Plain and simple, person shouldn't have dropped the shield.

Trading tables exist for a reason.

I'm sorry to say, but since he dropped the shield, it wasn't scamming. Is it so hard for people to THINK before they do something as stupid as that? :\

Yes, it's not scamming in the sense that Stefan should not return the item. That's the whole reason a kingdom should take it as an offense. The person was tricked so that they lose a valuable item which will not be returned to them. That person should now be considered a theif and a liar because of what he has done. I think it would be best for these people to not be allowed in any kingdom, or at least temporarily after something like this happened. So...it's not a scam by the laws of the game, but it can be by the laws of the RPing kingdoms just as many things are or should be illegal by the laws of RPing kingdoms such as PKing and talking OOC on tag, but it would be ridiculous to ban people from the game for doing those things (Which is why all OOC people should be put on start island instead ;) ).

I know it's wrong, but unless he was new or something, he should have known not to trust people who are classed as scammers, (or if it's rare enough anyone at all) with his equipment.

i doubt it when i first got my first EAed helm and preped weapon he somehow ended up with it and wouldnt give unless i payed em 40k so i say BOOM CP:BLed ZR:BLed SAMURAI:Bled Dustari:BLed and Forest :Bled ok and u deserve it ...its hard to think how he got all this nice stuff...and has friends

Sounds like Ryu is trying to scam him out of an inferno as well. :\

By the laws of the game, taking something dropped on the ground could be RP thievery, but I honestly doubt he is an RP thief, so how about we try to seperate people with bad morals and horrible RP skills and "thieves" a little better? Even as a thief while on tag, after going off tag and ooc any items I had claimed would likely be returned. *grins all evil-like n' stuff*
