Another problem is when someone disconnect (or is disconnected) before the end, the phone company still bill you... Then if someone do that like 5 time it can cost a lot.
The best to do is to ask the phone company a refund.
I will upgrade Novanet for a 1 year account and hope he will have good chance with the phone company to get refunded.
